Villas del Sol sits on the eastern edge of Cabarete, in Jardín Deportivo, a quiet residential pocket a five-minute drive from the town centre and a short walk from the sand. The site covers 11,000 m² and holds nineteen detached villas, each on its own plot of 350 to 460 m², each with a private pool on the larger layouts.
Seven layouts are on offer, from a compact two-bedroom of 110 m² to a four-bedroom of 295 m². Construction is block-built with porcelain tile floors, imported bathroom fittings, modular hardwood kitchens and precious-wood front doors. Air-conditioning and gas lines are pre-installed. Build time runs six to eight months depending on the layout.
The community has 24/7 security with guards and cameras, round-the-clock power and water, a children’s playground and a BBQ area, and maintained internal roads. The new Kite Club La Boca is next door.

Cabarete has year-round demand from kite and wing surfers, remote workers and winter visitors. The layouts are sized for both use and short-term letting.

Payment is staged against construction, not paid up front: 40% initial, 40-50% during the build, 10-20% on delivery.
