Big Hills DR builds in Cabarete on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. Our two current projects sit within a few minutes of each other: Villas del Sol, a gated community of nineteen detached villas on an 11,000 m² site by the beach, and Flora Garden Residence, twenty-four apartments and penthouses in the centre of town.
We are the developer, not an agency reselling someone else’s inventory. The land, the design, the construction crew and the handover are ours, which is why we can quote a fixed price, a fixed payment schedule and a delivery window measured in months.
Every purchase is handled by the project’s law firm, García Tallaj, from the reservation agreement to the registered title in your name. Foreign buyers have the same ownership rights as Dominican citizens and can buy in their own name.
