Flora Garden Residence is a three-building complex of twenty-four apartments in the centre of Cabarete. Everything the town has, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, schools, is within walking distance, and the international airport in Puerto Plata is twenty minutes by car.
Four layouts are available: one- and two-bedroom apartments of 76.5 and 112.3 m², and one- and two-bedroom penthouses of 128.99 and 171.89 m² with a private roof terrace. Every unit comes with a parking space, laundry zone, balcony and access to the shared pool, playground and BBQ area. The buildings have lifts.
The complex runs on 24/7 security, a backup generator and its own water well, so power and water do not stop when the town’s supply does. Financing is available from the construction company on individual terms and from local banks.
